I think slow cooking is the best, don't know exactly how long, but some ribs I had down in Tenn were roasting in the smoke house all day and they were the best I ever had. In this video we were impatient and did 75 minutes at 350 wrapped in foil.

Sweet Baby Rays is a favorite here in Chicago. I like to try them all at least once.

If you've never tried Famous Daves Devils Spit, you might give it a shot if you like spicy sauces. It's my personal favorite. Great video by the way!

Alright now Bobbie Flay! (Bobbie Flay is from the Food Network) You and him need to have a show down. You and Christine Rock! I can tell Christine is daddy's little girl, just like Missy is Mellomel's. :-)

Awesome! I'm a sucker for Barbeque! They have this show on the Travel Channel all about Barbeque that they keep playing over and over, and I go crazy for it every time! Then I see THIS video! That's it, I'm off to Famous Dave's again! LoL! Cool channel you have here! Rock on!
