So , her position on immigration policy is that since states don't agree with her, they should not be allowed to voice their opinion at all. She tries to spin this as her being nice by not "burdening" governors with the decision, when she actually means that she wants to take their choice away from them. This is bullshit. She obviously misspoke, and the title to the video is misleading; she doesn't say "When I'm president again." She says "What I'm going to try to do as president again" which is moreover, "I'm going to try to do this again when I'm president" or "I want the fed gov to set immigration policy again."
