Description: Requested by Yoshiller, The Flash makes his Luigio debut by facing off against MUGEN's tried and True Super Luigi. Of course, Luigi is teamed up with Strider Hiryu, so the Flash teamed up with Team Luigio's Cless Alvein to try and get support. Unfortunately, for the both Cless and the Flash, they were............well, you should see for yourself. I also revisit a stage that hasn't been used in a while. To be honest, I try to re-use stages as little as I can, but there are times when it's just right to have another fight in that location.
